What counts as a question?

A new question Adea has to investigate. Changing a filter on a saved answer, re-running a saved question or getting an alert does not cost anything. Questions Adea cannot answer are free.

What happens if we run out of questions?

You can buy a pack of 100 extra questions when you need them. A pack is valid for 12 months.

What happens to questions we don't use?

The month's questions reset when a new month starts, and unused questions do not roll over.

Is there a limit on repositories and databases?

No. Every plan includes all your code repositories and databases. You only pay for the questions you ask.

Can we change plan?

Yes. You can change plan whenever you like from your account page.

Do all users have to be paid for?

No. The price is for the whole company, however many people ask.

How do we pay?

By card through Stripe, in US dollars. All prices exclude VAT, and you can enter your VAT number when you pay.

Can we try it first?

Yes. The demo company is free and needs no sign-up. When you sign up, you get a free 14-day trial on your own data, no card needed. When it ends, you choose a plan to continue.
